View Order Details
To view the details of an Order:

Select Transactions from the top navigation bar, then select Orders > Orders from the side navigation menu. The Orders screen is displayed.

Optionally, search for and select the desired Order (see

The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.
Header
The following high-level Order information is displayed within the Header area of the Order Details screen:

Basic Details: Integration ID, Business Date, Order Date, the Member who made the purchase, Claim Details, and Source Name.

Location: Store, Store ID, Register ID, and Operator ID.

Order Details: Order Type, Total Unique Items, and Total Items.

Financial Details: Status, Eligible Subtotal, Subtotal, and Total Amount.
To see more information about the Member, click their name to display the Member Details screen.
Items Tab
The Items tab of the Order Details screen displays the full details of all the items purchased as part of this Order. The tab shows each individual line item, along with their item details (SKU, Description, Categories, Amount, etc.).
Returns Tab
The Returns tab of the Order Details screen displays the details of any items from this Order that the Member returned. The tab shows the details of each returned item (SKU, description, quantity, etc.).
In addition, if the return resulted in Metrics being deducted from the Member’s balance, this tab shows the Metric (or Metrics) that was impacted, and the quantity of the deduction.
Coupons Tab
The Coupons tab of the Order Details screen displays the details of any Offer discounts or coupons that the Member applied to this purchase. The tab shows the name of the Offer and the amount of the discount.
To see more information about the Offer Response generated by this Offer usage, click its name to view the Offer Response Details screen.
Punches Tab
The Punches tab of the Order Details screen displays any punches that this Member earned toward a Punch Card. The tab shows the name of the Punch Card, the number of punches earned, and their names (if the Punch Card uses Named Punches).

Payments Tab
The Payments tab of the Order Details screen displays information about the payment method(s) used to make this purchase, including the payment type (cash, credit card, Apple Pay, etc.), the amount, and the currency. If the Member split the purchase across different payment methods, each method appears as its own row.
